The organization developed a participatory five-year Strategic Plan (Vision – 2030: Shifting the Paradigm) for 2026 – 2030 and is making strong efforts to implement it effectively. To support good governance, transparency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness, the organization has also established a comprehensive range of policies, including Organizational Development, Financial Management, Advocacy Strategy, Human Resources, Gender, Whistleblowing, Anti-Money Laundering, PESA, Safeguarding, Disability Inclusion, Child Protection, Microfinance, Humanitarian Charter, Disaster Management, and Anti-Corruption and Conflict of Interest policies. These policies are accessible to all stakeholders and are regularly implemented in organizational practice.
