The government has enacted Right to Information Act -2009 to ensure free flow of information .As per law every citizen is entitled to get any information from the governmnet non-government and other institutions .Aling with the government policy ,NSS has developed Information Disclosure policy –IDP .
Complaint Response Mechanism-CRM
The management of NSS has decided to designate a Complaint Response Mechanism –CRM Focal Person to ensure the implementation of different policies which will resolve the compliant received from staffs , volunteers ,vendors and other stakeholder.
A Complaint Response Mechanism –CRM committee will be formed with three members at least one will be female. The convenor of CRM committee will be responsible as the focal persons. The management will assign the members of the committee and a senior management staff will be responsible as CRM focal person. As per guideline s/he will ensure the implementation of the policies .
