The organization is governed by a General Committee comprising 21 members and an Executive Committee consisting of 7 members. The General Committee meets twice a year, while the Executive Committee convenes quarterly. The Senior Management Team, led by the Executive Director, is responsible for overseeing the organization’s day-to-day management and ensuring the achievement of its defined results and priorities in alignment with approved policies, while maintaining prudence, transparency, accountability, and ethical standards. The Executive Director provides overall leadership and ensures effective coordination among the Senior Management Team and organizational functions.
